License
Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access course content. Redistribution is prohibited.
- License is for individual use only; classroom or commercial use requires a separate agreement.
- Downloadable materials are watermarked and tied to your account; do not share credentials.
- Any attempt to scrape, mirror, or mass-download content is prohibited.
- We may update materials without notice to improve clarity, quality, or safety guidance.
Refunds
We provide a fair refund policy; if a course does not meet expectations, contact support within the posted period.
- Eligibility window: 14 days from purchase for standard courses unless otherwise specified on the checkout page.
- Significant completion (e.g., >50% of lessons viewed or certificate issued) may limit eligibility.
- Bundles and discounted packages are refundable as a whole, not per individual item.
- To request a refund, include your order ID and the reason; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Acceptable Conduct
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate intellectual property. Be respectful in community spaces.
- No harassment, hate speech, or unsafe guidance in comments or uploads.
- No reverse engineering or bypassing of DRM or access controls.
- Use strong passwords and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under your credentials.
- Follow all safety steps when working with lye, heat, and equipment; wear appropriate PPE.
Limitation of Liability
We provide content as-is for educational purposes. Follow safety guidelines carefully when handling lye and equipment.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
